In the autumn of 2003, sculptor William Gustwiller began combining dark chocolate with exotic herbs and spices. Months of experimentation coupled with an artist's intuition yielded the first two dozen unique truffle infusions. Today he chooses the finest couveture chocolates, all-natural ingredients, and organic spices to create the unusual flavor profiles featured in our exotic chocolate bars, caramels, and other chocolate confections.
